We are a locally based firm dealing with investment grade property maintaining a strong local presence with neighborhood properties throughout metropolitan Chicago.

Our size allows us to have specialists in many property types - Mixed uses, multi-family, special use, condominiums, single family, cooperatives and neighborhood properties.
Products include appraisals customized to client needs, from reports, market research, counseling, special studies, and litigation support.
We are an independent company ~ avoiding conflicts of interest arising from collateral activities such as accounting, brokerage, construction and development. We work on the basis of fixed fees or pier die and hourly rates. We do not work for commission or contingency fees. Other professional discipline are comfortable referring our services or sharing information with us, knowing we will not be competing with them.
Although we have the latest equipment for computing, communication, and word processing and report generation, we are always aware that good appraisal/counseling is not simply the result of mathematical calculations. We understand and appreciate the Art while talking full advantage of the Science.
