The Single Family Practice of MNM Appraisal Group, Inc.  is responsible for residential properties containing one to four units located throughout the Chicago metropolitan area including Cook, DuPage, Lake, McHenry, Kane and Will counties.

In downtown Chicago - near the Loop and along the lakefront, the predominant residential uses are condominium and cooperatives.  We complete appraisals on individual units as well as on entire buildings (i.e.., for condominium conversion, mixed use properties, etc.)  Two flats and three flats are common in the surrounding neighborhoods with an increasing single family presence.  Suburban markets have a mix of all types, predominantly single family, but also townhome, condominium and zero-lot line.

These assignments require fast turn around times at competitive fees. We have organized our staff according to geographic location. Assignments cover a wide range of uses and applications including purchase financing, refinancing, renovation, new construction, employee relocations, trust/estate planning as well as divorce proceedings. FHA approved are available.

We receive and transmit fully electronic appraisal reports on a daily basis. Our coverage area includes all properties located in the City of Chicago as well as Cook, DuPage, Lake, McHenry, Kane and Will  counties in Illinois.
